With a Ph.D. in neuroplasticity and many years lecturing in holistic wellbeing, she has a passion for bridging the gap between scientific inquiry and real-world application. Ash is dedicated to transforming lives through her expertise in mind-body-spirit wellness so that people can reach the fullness of their potential while experiencing peace and wholeness.
